With years of experience in operations, leadership, and client service, Shannon leads a trusted team of organizers who prioritize privacy, discretion, and excellence in every detail. Under her leadership, Make Space has evolved into a concierge-style service that supports high-achieving families and professionals in creating homes that feel calm, intentional, and tailored to their lives.
Known for her warm presence and thoughtful problem-solving, Shannon has built a reputation for making even the most overwhelming spaces feel manageable—and even joyful. She collaborates closely with designers, builders, and realtors to deliver high-impact results that are both personal and polished.
A Monmouth County native, Shannon lives in Long Branch with her husband, two daughters, and three cats. When she’s not organizing, you’ll find her gardening, treasure hunting in antique shops, or serving with her church community in Red Bank.

Sam joined Make Space in 2022 as the company's first team member, bringing a wealth of experience in marketing, management, and ethical business leadership. Prior to her role at Make Space, she led a fair trade company, where she was responsible for overseeing operations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring sustainable practices. Her background has equipped her with a unique blend of strategic planning and compassionate leadership, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
As a mother of two, Sam understands the challenges of maintaining an organized home amidst a busy family life. A lifelong resident of her childhood home, Kathleen understands the complexities of managing a space filled with memories. Outside of her organizing work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children, exploring the outdoors, reading, and discovering new coffee shops. Her love for animals is evident in her affectionate care for her dog, Lando, and two cats, Willow and Pounce.
